What was considered horrible and bad some years ago, is now good and healthy.
Nowadays, fashion has gone from being centred on shop windows to stoves, turning food into fashionable products that change depending on varying criteria and different periods of time. We believe that Eating Health is an imperative of the species.
From this point of view in cooking, we take everything into account: each food’s properties, its colour, its form, the manner in which it’s handled and the intention when cutting it, because we believe that everything has an influence on the people eating. Such, we can talk about the alchemy of food. We do not propose a specific diet; moreover we make suggestions, give advice: examples easily carried out in our kitchens.
